Michelle is a 40-year-old yoga lover who has been practicing since 2000. She has been sharing the many spiritual, mental and physical benefits of her practice through teaching for the last 10 years in under served communities, yoga studios, her children's school and most recently on YouTube. She too has been thriving on the whole foods plant based lifestyle since late 2012.

Jay has been thriving on the whole foods Plant-Based lifestyle since 2011. After experiencing first hand the health benefits of plant based living, he obtained a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell. Jay is 43 years old and has been training and successfully competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2009. Jay has been passionate about sharing the countless benefits of this lifestyle through social media for the last several years.
